San Francisco police are hunting two goons that waited for a pizza deliveryman to drop off a pie before robbing him in the North of the Panhandle district Monday night.
The victim, 35, had just delivered a pizza in the 1700 block of Fulton Street around 11:40 p.m., police said Tuesday.
He was accosted by two men in their early 20s. They simulated a gun in their pocket. After one of the thugs punched him in the ear, the other pulled cash out of the deliveryman’s shirt pocket, police said.
They fled with an unreported amount of cash toward Central Avenue. The victim was not seriously injured.
An arrest hadn’t been made in the case as of Tuesday morning, police said.
