Persistent vandal tags school again

An excessively bored vandal has declared war on a preschool.

After the school in the unit block of Ocean Avenue spent money and time painting over graffiti that recently appeared on a building, the vandal, or vandals, returned to add more graffiti to the site, police said.

The latest incident was reported around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, police said.
