Panhandle jogger injured in Saturday morning attack

An early morning jogger was assaulted by a group of men near San Francisco’s Panhandle on Saturday, according to police.

Police said eight unidentified men assaulted the 57-year-old man near the intersection of Cole and Oak streets around 9 a.m.

The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No arrests have been made, according to police.
