One injured in Bayview shooting on Christmas Eve

One person was injured in a shooting in San Francisco’s Bayview District on Christmas Eve, police said.

The shooting occurred around 3 a.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of McKinnon Avenue, where police had responded to a report of shots fired.

One victim, a 35-year-old man, was found and taken to a hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, police said.

No suspect information or other details of the incident were immediately available Tuesday morning, police said.
