One dead, three injured in crash on Fifth Street off-ramp in SF

One person was killed and three more injured in a solo-vehicle crash on an Interstate 80 off-ramp this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported at 4:20 a.m. on the westbound Fifth Street off-ramp.

At least three people were transported to a hospital. The CHP issued a Sig-alert until just before 6 a.m. while emergency personnel responded.
