One person has died in a four-alarm fire in San Francisco's Mission district on Wednesday night, according to a public official.
Supervisor David Campos, who represents the Mission District, said on Twitter that he was “heartbroken” by the death of one resident in the building at 22nd and Mission streets. Fire Chief Joanne Hayes-White said the deceased is an adult male, the blog Mission Local reported. Mission Local had an office in the building that was ablaze.
Other injuries have also been reported, but officials have not returned calls seeking details.
