One dead in early-morning S.F. shooting

An early morning shooting claimed the life of a male victim in San Francisco, police said.

At about 1:50 a.m., officers responded to reports of gunshots in the 700 block of Bacon Street. Officers found a male victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound, police said. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made and an investigation into the shooting is underway.
