Residents at the Potrero Hill Terrace and Annex Public Housing and volunteers will clean up graffiti, remove litter, landscape and clean vacant units to get them back on the rental market. “Being a good neighbor is about reaching out and performing tasks that will benefit the community as a whole,” said Henry Alvarez, executive Director of the San Francisco Housing Authority. Potrero Terrace and Annex Public Housing is one of the larger developments owned and operated by the San Francisco Housing Authority.
