Newsom Tracker: Breakfast, then Muni

First breakfast, then deal with Muni.

At least breakfast should be fun.

Mayor Gavin Newsom was scheduled at 7 a.m. to attend the San Francisco Interfaith Council’s 12 annual Thanksgiving breakfast and 20th anniversary celebration at the Kabuki Hotel on Post Street.

Then at 12:30 p.m., Newsom is set to appear on the corner of Geary Boulevard between Presidio and Masonic to announce citywide Muni service changes. Considering the transit agency’s budget situation, the news can’t be very good.

As we said, breakfast looked like fun.
