Newsmakers: Carlos Garcia

Kicking off his second year at the helm, the San Francisco Unified School District superintendent will make the rounds this morning as kids return to the classroom after summer break. Garcia will check out the new Montessori kindergarten at Cobb Elementary School and the newly finished middle school at Bessie Carmichael, paid for with voter-approved bond money.
