Newsmaker: High-speed rail lawsuit

The Atherton Town Council and Menlo Park City Council have each voted to join a lawsuit against the High-Speed Rail Authority. The lawsuit challenges the authority’s decision to choose the Pacheco route between San Francisco and Fresno.
