The assistant vice principal of Galileo High School will be arraigned at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 21 in Santa Clara County Court to face felony charges that he assisted with a prostitution operation in San Jose, according to the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. Courtney was arrested in San Jose on Aug. 7 along with his alleged accomplice and madam, Hsiu Hwa Chou, and two women who were charged with prostitution, according to San Jose Police.
