Outbound J-Church Muni riders faced a somewhat unusual delay Friday afternoon. At around 12:25 p.m., a moving truck hit a tree, knocking it into train’s overhead electrical wires between the 22nd and 24th street stops.
The moving company has not confirmed the incident, but the Fire Department responded quickly, removing the tree just before 1 p.m., Muni spokesman Paul Rose said.
No injuries were reported.
