A power outage that appears to have been caused by a downed power line affected areas including the Mission District, Bernal Heights and Noe Valley Wednesday morning.
The outage, which affected more than 10,000 customers, was reported at 10:41 a.m., according to PG&E.
Power was restored by around 12:40 p.m.
The outage followed reports online of a downed power line on 23rd Street near Florida Street.

Here’s a photo from 23rd and Alabama, looking down 23rd – there’s caution tape across 23rd so I didn’t get closer. Feel free to use it! pic.twitter.com/sOhpnbrBop

Here are a couple closer photos for anyone to use with credit, now that the caution tape is pulled back. Looks like the workers are making a temporary new framework for the lines with the wood plank! The pole is at 23rd and Florida. cc @sfexaminer @Hoodline pic.twitter.com/nQzl7Ce0zQ
