Mission district shooting leaves victim in critical condition

A shooting in San Francisco's Mission District around 9:30 p.m. Sunday left one person injured, according to the fire department.

Emergency personnel responded to Duboce Avenue and Valencia Street and found the victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound, a fire dispatcher said.

The victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital and was listed in critical condition, police said.
