A man in his 20s fired a gun from a moving Toyota Camry in the Mission District early Tuesday morning, but no one was injured, said police.
The shooting happened at around 1:15 a.m. at 19th and Carlos streets. A witness who may have also been a target saw the suspect pull a gun out and open fire, unleashing about nine rounds.
The suspect then drove away.
