Missing elderly man reunited with family in SF

The elderly man with Alzheimer’s disease who went missing from his San Francisco home earlier this week has been found.

Guaung Rong Ling, 78, was located and reunited with his family around 7:15 p.m. Monday, police said.

Ling’s family contacted police after they woke up Monday morning and Ling was gone.

Ling, who only speaks Cantonese, did not have his medicine on him; he needs to take it daily.Missing person
