The FBI is investigating possible connections between the Washington state farmer dubbed the “John Doe Bandit” and bank robberies in San Francisco. Fenter is currently in a Port Angeles, Wash., jail awaiting trial for a bank robbery in Tacoma, Wash. The 40-year-old may be involved in other thefts in Sacramento, Seattle and The City. He was arrested Feb. 8 and booked into jail under the name John Doe.
