The Recreation and Park Department is meeting with residents next week to discuss upcoming changes to Dolores Park.
As part of a $163 million bond measure passed by voters in 2008, $13.7 million in rehabilitation work has been slated for Dolores Park. The scheduled improvements include repairing the park’s playground, upgrading the lawn and renovations of the athletic fields.
On Monday, park officials will hold a community meeting at the Dolores Park Church on 455 Dolores St. to give an update on the plans. The meeting is scheduled to last from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
