Man’s memory of mugging muddy

A 48-year-old “extremely intoxicated” man was robbed of his wallet Thursday night by four hooligans downtown, cops said.

The man was walking along a street some time between 9 p.m. and midnight when he was jumped by four men ages 20 to 30, police said.

The victim could only remember wrestling with two of the hoodlums before his wallet was stolen and they fled, cops said.

The victim is now in stable condition and no arrests have been made.
