A 30-year-old man suffered serious injuries in a shooting Sunday evening in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood, police said.
Around 6:35 p.m. officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of Dakota Street, according to police.
There, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police learned a male suspect had approached the victim and shot him several times before fleeing on foot.
Police were unable to locate the shooter and a description of him was not immediately available.
