Man suffers fractured skull after fight in Marina district

A 26-year-old man suffered a fractured skull after an argument turned into a fight early Sunday morning in the Marina district.

The victim and suspect where arguing near the corner of Lombard and Fillmore streets at 2:06 a.m. when the 26-year-old was struck in the head and knocked to the ground, police said.

The suspect ran from the scene and was not found.
