Man shot multiple times for no apparent reason

A 19-year-old man is in serious condition after being shot multiple times Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The man was approached on Treat Avenue around 4:30 p.m. by a 20-year-old black man who shot him multiple times with a handgun, cops said.

The suspect fled and may have gotten into a blue Kia or black SUV, police said.
