A man was shot in the hand by a suspect driving by in a silver truck in San Francisco’s Mission District early Friday morning, police said.
The shooting was reported at 2:22 a.m. when the 25-year-old victim was stopped at the intersection of 19th and Shotwell streets.
A suspect, believed to also be a man in his 20s, shot at the victim from a silver pickup truck, hitting the victim in the hand.
The suspect fled the area. The victim went to a hospital to be treated for his gunshot wound. His injuries are not considered life-threatening, police said.
