Man shot early Friday morning in Visitacion Valley

A 27-year-old man who was shot by an unknown assailant early Friday morning remains in critical condition, say police.

The victim was shot in the upper body with a hand gun and taken to a nearby hospital.

Few other details have emerged from the incident other than the time –1:49 a.m.– and location near the intersection of Teddy Avenue and Elliot Street.
