Man riding wheelchair attacked, robbed on Market Street

A 38-year-old man was elbowed in the head and robbed Thursday afternoon while riding in his wheelchair on Market Street, police said.

The man was at Market and Fifth streets around 3:45 p.m. when an unknown suspect attacked him, pulling his cellphone away from him.

The suspect, a man of unknown age, then fled the scene on foot.

No arrests have been made by police.
