Man on scooter hit by car in S.F.

A man riding a Razor scooter this morning was hit by a car as he crossed the street at Folsom and Main streets in San Francisco, according a fire dispatcher.

The 45-year-old man was transported to San Francisco General Hospital, according to the San Francisco Fire dispatcher. The car was making a turn — onto which street was unknown — when it struck the man as he crossed in the crosswalk, according the dispatcher. The extent of the man’s injuries was unknown.
