Man meets woman for massage, gets robbed instead

A 29-year-old man was robbed of cash by a woman he had met on an online dating site, say police.

The pair met for a massage just before 2 a.m. on Friday at Hillway Avenue between Carl Street and Parnassus Avenue.

But instead of giving the man a massage, the woman, 22, took the man’s cash and got into her green 1990 Honda Civic.

When he tried to retrieve his money, the woman rolled up her car window on his arm.

The man walked away with a few small scratches and less money than he had before the encounter.
