A man was injured in a shooting in the Mission early this morning, police said.
The 48-year-old victim was reportedly arguing with the suspect in the shooting near the area of 13th and Mission streets over a “campsite location” about 4:13 a.m. when the suspect pulled out a handgun and shot the victim in the leg, police said.
The suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction.
The suspect was described as a man who appeared to be in his 40s.
The victim was taken to the hospital for his injury, which was not life threatening.
