Man gets 3 open container citations in 1 day

 

A 43-year-old San Francisco man was cited by police three separate times on Wednesday for having an open container of alcohol, police said.

Police said they arrested him after the third citation, which happened near the intersection of Carl and Cole streets around 3 p.m. He was charged with creating a public nuisance.
