Love hurts

It is a story about love, heartbreak and a prostitute’s revenge, cops said.

A touchy-feely lover was robbed in the 800 block of Capp Street on Thursday after making inappropriate advances on a prostitute, police said.

The man “was fondling a prostitute’s assets” around 2:33 a.m., “with thoughts of romance frolicking through his head,” police said.

But a night of dubious love wasn’t meant to be.

“Suddenly the prostitute ran off with the victim’s wallet,” cops said, “and any hope of extra-connubial bliss.”

The incident certainly inspired a fresh stanza of police poetry.
