LGBT Center rezoned for restaurant use

The Board of Supervisors voted 10-0 Tuesday to rezone 1800 Market St., the LGBT Center, to allow for a restaurant or entertainment business to help the organization generate revenue.

The legislation was introduced by Supervisor Bevan Dufty, who previously had introduced legislation that was approved granting the center a city loan.
