Kin persuade suspect to face homicide charge

Police have made a second arrest in connection with the Sept. 16 shooting death of Jesus Solis.

Dylan Lemalie, 20, of San Francisco, was arrested and charged with murder Tuesday, police said. Lemalie’s family reportedly persuaded him to surrender.

On Monday, police arrested 18-year-old Adrian Landers in connection with the homicide.

Solis was found about 4 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 1200 block of Treat Street, police said. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is encouraged to call police at (415) 575-4444.
