Inner Sunset building fire extinguished by San Francisco Fire Department

At least two families were displaced after a fire broke out in an Inner Sunset building Saturday.

San Franciso Fire Department exptinguised the fire at 350 Judah St., near the intersection of 9th Ave., shortly after 2 p.m., according to fire dispatch.

One family's residence had been destroyed in the fire, but the extent of damage in the two other residences was uncertain, Shaw said. American Red Cross is providing assistance to two or three families, according to spokeswoman Cynthia Shaw.
