Ingleside man shot over shirt color

A 19-year-old man was shot Saturday night in the Ingleside district after a fight over the color of a shirt, police said.

The man and his friends were near the intersection of Geneva Avenue and Mission Street when a fight broke out with another group. Police said the fight started because someone in the 19-year-old’s group was wearing a red shirt. The 19-year-old was shot in the foot before the suspects fled. The man was treated at a hospital
