Keith Bagby was killed Oct. 1, 2002. He was shot and killed while seated in his vehicle in the Bayview district on Quesada Avenue at Lane Street. The Mayor’s Office has authorized a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for his death.
