Info Wanted: Gilberto Novoa

Gilberto Novoa was standing on the corner of 27th and Guerrero streets waiting for a ride to work at 5:15 a.m. Feb. 23, 2004. A person approached him and a violent struggle ensued. Novoa was stabbed numerous times. The Mayor’s Office has authorized a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for his death.
