Dmitry Romasenko was shot and killed Nov. 15, 2003, while getting into the passenger side of a vehicle at 17th Avenue and Fulton Street. The Mayor’s Office authorized a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for his death.
