In court: Vutoro Mualevu, Isei TIikoisuva

The two Sacramento men charged with attempted murder on suspicion of beating of a 65-year-old hotel worker were held to answer to the charges in San Mateo County Superior Court and will return for arraignment next month, a chief deputy district attorney said. Mualevu, 29, and Tikoisuva, 21, allegedly assaulted the hotel worker after he asked a group of people to keep the noise down in the room of the Regency Inn at 411 San Bruno Ave. Mualevu and Tikoisuva are scheduled for Superior Court arraignment at 8:45 a.m. Sept. 5, and both remain in custody on no-bail status.Bay Area NewsCrimeCrime & Courts
