Highway and Muni delays Monday morning

An animal caused an obstruction on northbound Interstate 280 just south of the Westborough Boulevard onramp at 6:29 a.m. Monday.

A traffic hazard occurred on westbound Interstate 80 near U.S. Highway 101 at 7:43 a.m.
