Emergency officials closed a street near Hayes Valley on Sunday morning after a car crashed into a power pole, according to the San Francisco Fire Department.

No one was injured when the car crashed on Ivy Street between Webster and Buchanan streets at around 10:44 a.m., the SFFD said on Twitter.

Fire officials urged the public to avoid the area and said the pole had been “sheared.”

PG&E responded to the scene to assess the damage.
