Gunfire erupts in Western Addition bathroom during robbery

Holy crap! Gunfire erupted in a park bathroom during a vicious robbery in San Francisco’s Western Addition on Monday afternoon, police said.

An 18-year-old Potrero Hill man was attacked by three goons in the bathroom at Raymond Kimbell Playground, at Ellis and Pierce streets, just after 2 p.m.

The victim fought with the one suspect armed with a handgun, causing the gun to fire through the restroom’s ceiling. The suspects then beat the victim and fled with his wallet, police said.

No arrests have been reported.
