Governor in East Bay on Wednesday

The governor is scheduled to be in the East Bay on Wednesday with the California Resources Agency to hear public comment on a draft Strategic Plan for the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.

The governor formed a blue-ribbon task force in early 2007 to identify a strategy for managing the delta as a sustainable ecosystem. The meeting Wednesday takes place at 4 p.m. in Nile Hall at 1233 Preservation Park Way in Oakland.
