'Good Morning America' from Union Square

Sam Champion of “Good Morning America” conducts the national weather report at 4 a.m. from Union Square with the support of members from Beach Blanket Babylon. The weatherman planned on welcoming fans at from a cable car, using a cherry picker to place an ornament on Macy’s 85-foot-tall tree and leading an audience countdown to illuminate the holiday lights in Union Square.
