Giants slugger needs new image

The Examiner predicts what The City’s leaders, losers, and movers and shakers want from Santa.

Who: Pat “The Bat” Burrell

What: A publicist to offset his womanizing image

Why: Pat The Bat’s lady-killing ways have become something of an urban legend in recent months. As rumors abound of his alleged behavior with women in Marina bars and photos flying around the Internet of his antics at Christmas parties, Burrell’s image is being tarnished beyond repair. Perhaps a publicist — or maybe a good talking to by clean-cut Giants teammate Buster Posey — will tame Burrell.
