Frank Jordan will be keynote speaker at annual banquet

The former San Francisco mayor and police chief will be the keynote speaker at the One Hundred Club of San Mateo’s annual banquet tonight. The nonprofit provides financial and educational assistance to the survivors of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. The group also offers scholarships to current in-service law enforcement officers pursuing college degrees.
