Foster children to attend Disney star's SF concert

Singer Selena Gomez's concert in The City will be attended by 150 foster children from San Francisco and San Jose. Nonprofit organization Hear the Music Live is sponsoring the kids’ appearance at the Dec. 20 event at the Palace of Fine Arts. The kids will be treated to a preconcert party. Gomez also stars in her own Disney TV show, “Wizards of Waverly Place.”
