District 2 residents, merchants to hold candidate forum

Next Monday, District 2 residents will have a chance to get to know their candidates running for supervisor.

The Marina Community Association has joined other neighborhood and merchant groups to sponsor a candidate forum, where candidates vying for the open seat will answer questions and explain their position on certain issues facing the neighborhood.

The event, slated for Sept. 13, is free and open to the public. The forum starts at 6 p.m. at the Palace of Fine Arts.
