Damaged overhead lines cause Muni delays

Damaged overhead lines are causing delays on Van Ness and Church lines, and commuters headed downtown are being shuttled between the West Portal and Embarcadero stations, according to Muni.

Trains outbound toward the zoo and Balboa Park are operating in manual mode, and commuters should use surface transportation to avoid delays underground.
