Crook snatches woman’s MacBook as she sleeps

A woman says a creep snuck into her home Monday and swiped the MacBook computer that had been next to her as she slept in bed.

The 19-year-old woman told cops the disturbing burglary occurred sometime between 5:30 p.m. and 7:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Arballo Drive, which is near Lake Merced.

The woman said she simply went to sleep and placed the computer next to her bed. When she woke up, the computer was gone, police said.

An investigation is ongoing.
